The #GoosePile was described as “a judge and jury exercise” by mayor Jim Diodati, who said he would not participate in a “goosepile”, but the story isn’t just drama in council, it’s the “repressive tolerance” that sought to punish controversial remark:
“A certain segment of the population” was intentionally suppressed for comments that criticized a movement that was at the time of the comments, literally rioting, looting, and burning.
The complainant called on council to enact a “moral foundation”, which is beyond the scope of its duties, but they happily obliged. I’ve prepared for this for over a year and have all the clips, documents and links ready to go.
